We're Mitchell & Kelley — a husband-and-wife creative team from Perth who make cinematic content for premium brands. We've been admiring your properties for a while and have an idea we think you'll like.
The idea
Content in exchange
for a stay.
The simple version: we'd love to stay at one of your properties during a quieter period (mid-week, winter — whenever works for you) and in exchange, we'll produce a full suite of cinematic video and photo content that you can use however you like.
We come from the wellness and aesthetics space, so we naturally frame things through a lens of restoration, self-care, and slowing down. We think that angle could work really well for your properties — especially during winter when people are looking for a reason to escape.
No strings attached. You'd own everything we produce. Use it on your website, socials, Airbnb listings, run it as ads — whatever serves you.

About us
Mitchell & Kelley
We're based in Perth. Mitchell runs Foundry Clinical (an aesthetic clinic) and does content production and brand strategy for premium service businesses. Kelley has a background in brand direction, visual identity, and wellness — she's particularly interested in how environment and space affect the nervous system, which is a big part of why we're drawn to what you do.
We love travel, we love beautiful spaces, and we love telling stories through video. We've got a 2-year-old who's completely comfortable on camera, which means the content we create naturally feels like a real family enjoying a real stay — because that's exactly what it is.
We're not influencers asking for a freebie. We're business owners who genuinely appreciate what you've built and want to create something that's useful for you.
